Returns (if applicable)
At Meowkit, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Meowkit (www.meowkitofficial.com) ships all products to the UK, US (including Hawaii and Alaska), and EU countries. Returns are limited to the same country of origin.
If the item doesn't match, you can return it in its original condition and packaging for a refund within 30 days* of receipt. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
If the item is defective or you received the wrong item, we can replace it.
If you have already received the item and wish to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective. In this case, the shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return fees may vary depending on your address and the weight or volume of your package. If you are returning multiple items, the return fee will be based on the number of original packaging items.
If you are sending items valued at over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Consumers bear all risks of lost or damaged merchandise in transit to our warehouse. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for returned merchandise to reach us may vary.
In some cases, we may only allow a partial refund (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged through no fault of ours, or missing parts.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a notification email to let you know that we have received your return and, after a quality inspection, let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your original payment method within a certain number of days (usually 1-3 business days).
Gifts (if applicable)
If you purchase an item and receive another item for free, the gift is not refundable.
If the item was given as a gift at the time of purchase but was not shipped directly to you, for example, if the gift-giver had the order shipped to them to be delivered to you later, we will refund the gift-giver, who will then be informed of your return.
Delayed or Missed Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process.
